VIBE 206 is a fake-3D endless runner that I made in one week using JavaScript (Phaser.JS). Play as a motorcyclist driving into the infinite horizon as you switch between lanes and bunny-hop to avoid oncoming traffic cones. Your score increments every second, and you can earn additional points by collecting diamonds.
The game's visuals clearly embrace a vaporwave style, complete with purple-sky sunsets and silhouetted palms. I designed all of the assets in Illustrator, with the road being animated in After Effects. There are also some aesthetic polishes worked into the code, including some motion UI and a screen-shake when a life is lost. For only a single week of work, I am happy with how nice the game's presentation turned out.
